Monitoring Form
N.B.: it's important that everyone who applies to take part in any of the strands of this programme fills out one of these forms - download monitoring.doc (word doc 225KB).

Guidelines and Application Forms:
Each partner organisation applies to their respective promoting organisation by the closing date shown in the application forms. Applications should be signed by the senior person legally authorised to represent the applicant’s organisation. Each partner organisation must be approved by the programme promoters for the project to be funded. Applications will be put before an independent selection panel and, as funding is limited, it may not be possible to support all applications under a given deadline.
