North South Exchange Consortium (NSEC)
The North South Exchange Consortium is managed by the British Council, the Youth Council for NI and Léargas in Dublin. It was established to make recommendations for future policy on North South school and youth exchanges and co-operative activity. Northern Ireland Open College Network (NIOCN)
The Open College Network NI is one of eleven regions licenses by the National Open College Network. It is an innovative, progressive, not-for-profit organisation that is committed to the provision of a high quality and fully comprehensive accreditation of training service. Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)
The SEUPB exists to develop co-operation, understanding and action between people and organisations in Ireland and Northern Ireland through consultation and implementation of EU social, economic, reconciliation and cultural programmes.
